Marketing Manager - Media & Email StrategyLocation: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.The Marketing Manager is a key role in the Omnichannel Marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Go-to Market Planning. This individual will be accountable for spearheading the planning for multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns focused on the consumer and based on business objectives. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, results-driven marketer with a passion for taking initiative, program management, and achieving success.You will collaborate with other marketing associates to support the development of always-on, triggered journeys leveraging relevant marketing channels, including email, SMS, and paid media. You’re a critical partner between marketing strategy and campaign management, providing clear direction of the marketing objectives to media channel subject matter experts to fully develop omnichannel marketing plans. You will optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, using technology, reporting and marketing intelligence to meet business and marketing goals.This individual is comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and has a keen ability to adapt quickly and support others through complex situations.How You Will Make an ImpactPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Develop break-through consumer-centric performance marketing strategies for member acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention by combining marketing intelligence with business prioritiesCollaborate with stakeholders and to enhance Elevance Health’s marketing campaigns through planning, forecasting, optimization, and campaign reportingProvide strategic direction to the Campaign Management and Operation teams and collaborate on the development of comprehensive journey strategies that may include on and offline mediaLead the development of strategic and tactical multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with the Campaign Management team setting clear goals for each channel and across the whole journey.Develop test & learn agendas with a viable measurement approachEducate stakeholders about the potential capabilities of marketing campaigns to maximize consumer engagement and satisfactionBe mindful of the details to ensure campaigns are planned and executed on time.Identify opportunities to improve our marketing capabilities and processes to help drive the success of future campaigns and increase our marketing maturity.Partner with Marketing Strategists and Campaign Management teams to define the optimal measurement approach. Leads the development of performance forecasts with the Campaign Management team.Provide actionable insights to stakeholders beyond standard KPIs by showcasing the business impact and improving the understanding of the consumer’s behaviorCommunicate objectives, strategies, and rhythm of the business performance results with leadership and cross-functional teams using effective verbal and written communicationsDevelop and cultivate excellent relationships with business partners, team members and marketing leaders.Minimum RequirementsRequires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and ExperiencesHealthcare marketing experience preferred.Prefer experience with both B2B and B2C audiences.A background in the healthcare industry, financial services and/or ad agency experienceExcellent communication.Ability to analyze opportunities and present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership with effective storytelling (verbal and written form).Possess a strategic and business-forward approach.Understand how to work towards broad business objectives and navigate in an ambiguous business setting.Results oriented. Ability to roll up the sleeves to drive towards the key business outcomes.Exceptional project manager.Can bring together cross-functional teams to get things done with an own-it attitude.Can recognize the opportunity and execute against it.Relationship builder.
