The New York Red Bulls are one of 29 Major League Soccer (MLS) teams. RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, has competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Red Bull Arena (RBA) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull, for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.
The Youth Coach Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and retention of youth coaches for the New York Red Bulls Youth Programs. The Red Bulls youth system employs over one hundred and eighty seasonal staff each year. This is a strictly administrative role, limited to 29.5 hours per week, with no coaching responsibilities included. Responsibilities include managing the operational aspects of the recruitment process, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring pipeline. This position will also assist in strategic youth coach recruitment initiatives, youth coach welfare, and administrative management, working closely with the Coach Recruitment Manager and other departments to drive long-term success.

Because of the cyclical nature of the youth soccer industry, you will be required to work varying schedules to reflect our needs, including nights, weekends and various holidays. Position will require local travel and the requirement to be onsite at various programs.

Job Description
- Recruitment Operations: Support the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and planning recruitment events.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Help enhance the candidate experience and serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a high level of communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Youth Coach Welfare & Retention: Assist in conducting regular youth coach check-ins to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for compliance-related tasks during each season.
- Operations Support: Manage youth coach kit & equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment of supplies for 180+ coaches. Coordinate equipment requests and manage inventory, working through quarterly cycles to fulfill coach needs.
- Strategic Support: Provide operational support for strategic initiatives, such as, coach retention strategies, and talent pipeline development.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Human Resources, Sports Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships across multiple departments.
