Responsibilities
The Project Integrator will support the Sponsor by providing technical integration and programmatic support to the Guidance Group Policy Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and coordinating policy among stakeholders on behalf of the Front Office (FO).
- Providing direct support to the FO on time sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- Maintaining awareness with review and feedback for all policies across the organization.
- Designing and/or modifying comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions.
- Assisting in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule, and capturing meeting minutes.
- Assisting the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, tracking program requirements, and follow-on technical exchange meetings.
- Translating technical information into clear readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
- Performing peer review and quality checks on all outgoing documents and presentations.
- Assisting in the identification and definition of process efficiencies.
- Working independently and among a team with minimum supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
- Local travel to stakeholders to discuss initiatives, projects, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must POSSESS and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Scientific, or a technical discipline; BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating policy among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience providing direct support to the FO on time sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- The ability to maintain awareness with review and feedback for all policies across the organization.
- Knowledge of 5-Eyes programs.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience engaging and collaborating with external partners on enhanced communications and solutions responsive to Sponsor's requirements.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentations and briefing development.
- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communications skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience.
- Demonstrated senior level experience in stakeholder engagement and program governance.
- Demonstrated experience with Front Office integration support.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, self-starter.
- Demonstrated experience with privileged program, resource, and personal information.
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
- Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence.
- Ability to compose technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.

- Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs.
