Digital Content Strategist

TEKsystems is hiring a Content Strategist for one of our top consulting clients in the Boston area. This role is hybrid in their Boston office. This is an ideal role for candidates with 2+ years of agency experience and an understanding of content strategy.
Pay rate: $35/hour
Duration: 6 month contract - extension to 12 months likely
Description:

1. Executing against marketing priorities by applying sound editorial judgment and strong project-management and communication skills.
2. Working closely with digital marketing, practice area marketing, and leadership teams to develop and execute plans for message distribution across digital properties and channels.
3. Applying a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and the respective metrics that indicate progress to objectives and using metrics to inform content strategy.
4. Actively building relationships across global marketing, operating as part of an integrated team, and looking for opportunities to contribute expertise.
5. Utilizing internal communication tools including Wrike, Slack, and Trello to help manage projects and stay connected to various efforts and priorities in global marketing.
6. Contributing to projects and initiatives geared toward improving the quality and reach of our content as well as the ways we work together to produce and share content.
7. Taking action or making recommendations to help move work forward and showing initiative in solving problems and overcoming challenges.
