Wide Effect Talent Solutions is expanding its presence in New England and is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to support our team in Fall River, MA. Regular travel throughout the New England region is essential for fostering relationships and driving business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals.
- Oversee the customer order process from Job Order to Placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address and resolve customer requests and complaints, turning challenges into growth opportunities.
- Guide and mentor the team, promoting engagement with our online portal.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make necessary adjustments to exceed expectations.
- Inspire and elevate the performance of the team through coaching and motivation.
- Identify and implement training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
- Travel through the territory each week to meet with clients and prospects in person.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven sales leader with a passion for mentorship, coaching, and relationship building.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years of staffing industry experience.
- Familiarity with companies in the construction, maritime, and renewable energy industries.
- Experience analyzing sales reports, CRM data, and business trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative selling experience and strong drive for results.
- Proficiency with ATS & CRM tools, Microsoft Office 365, and LinkedIn.
