We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business needs while utilizing the Dynamics 365 platform and Dataverse. You will work closely with business and technical teams to transform requirements into high-quality technical designs and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 applications and Dataverse. Ensure solutions meet business goals and adhere to best practices in architecture design.
• System Integration: Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency, security, and seamless functionality.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial solution concept through design, development, and deployment. Mentor and guide development teams on architecture best practices and solution frameworks.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives and needs.
• Customization & Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., CRM, Finance, Supply Chain) and Dataverse to suit specific business requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing the platform's capabilities.
• Data Management: Architect solutions for effective data management in Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Develop strategies for data migration, integration, and governance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security models within Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations. Design solutions with data privacy and cybersecurity considerations in mind.
• Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including solution blueprints, technical designs, and system configurations. Establish and promote architectural standards, processes, and best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and external vendors, communicating technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and new Dynamics 365/Dataverse features, driving innovation and improvement in architectural designs and practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• In-depth experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service) for managing, integrating, and securing data across solutions.
• Strong experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications (using APIs, connectors, or middleware).
