Job Requirements / Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the investor relations function and serve as point of contact for investors, investment consultants, administrators, related parties, Trustee and Investment Advisor.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors and investment consultants.
  • Assist with designing and developing content for communications materials and collaborate with Trustee and Investment Advisor to craft messaging and investor communications.
  • Complete and coordinate approval of ongoing investor deliverables, including, but not limited to, investor and consultant questionnaires, information requests and strategy updates.
  • Coordinate the updating of administrative changes with investors, Trustee and other parties as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating investor database.
  • Track redemptions/redemption queue and interface with investors and Trustee as directed.
  • Participate in investor and investment consultant meetings (via zoom or in person) on an as needed basis. Travel may be required.
  • Assist the marketing team with establishing and executing an investor management process.
  • Assist the marketing and investor relations team in developing procedures for better serving investors.
  • Assist with designing and developing content for communications materials.
  • Assist in development of marketing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in relevant financial fields such as investment banking, investor relations, consulting, or similar areas.
  • Understanding of capital markets preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional, outgoing demeanor with high energy, a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, flexibility, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, collaborative team player, and self-starter with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with positive results.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and institutional investors.
  • A strong desire to continuously learn and contribute to a dynamic team within an investment company.
