Immediate need for a talented Specialist 3, Human Resources This is a 12-22+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Skillman, NJ (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Plan tracking/execution: Monitor and oversee the end-to-end project plan across various HR workstreams, identify interdependencies, and remove barriers to execute the project successfully.
- Stakeholder/Data Management: Track critical KPIs and report out insights, in addition to the data, and recommendations based on progress to date to key stakeholders.
- Project Coordination/leading project teams: lead an Talent/HR project meeting on a regular basis; build operating governance to program/project structure; issue action plan for all workstreams to ensure on-track.
- Manage project resource allocation/budget: Manage project budget and track expenses; proactively identify risks.
- Key Skills: HR project management, Human Resources, ATS.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in HR project management, executing large-scale transformation with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and key stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consulting or TA manager is preferred.
