Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is searching for a Risk Management and System Testing Planner with experience in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities, and driving corrective action. This position will also provide support to test preparation, documentation and reporting. The Risk Management and System Testing Planner will support the implementation, operation, and improvement of meshONE-Terrestrial (T), a scalable, resilient, cyber-secure data transport network supporting United States Space Force (USSF) and Air Force (USAF) missions.
meshONE-T is the ground component of the larger meshONE concept and will eventually integrate with the Air and Space components of meshONE to provide an end-to-end network solution across all mediums, environments, and warfighting domains.

- Manage, track, and report all opportunities and risks (including mitigations) and present the details as part of customer meetings in accordance with provided documentation.
- Explore opportunities to improve meshONE-T technical, cost, and schedule performance, and present the finding in customer meetings.
- Identify, document, and deliver any Systems Security Engineering (SSE) findings of vulnerabilities and limitations induced by policy, law, regulation, or other governance and provide recommendations to mitigate the vulnerability or limitation as part of customer meetings.
- Review Government adversary threat documentation for the system risks and ensure the identified threats are addressed by the Cyber Team.
- Develop and maintain a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan in accordance with provided documentation.
- Develop and maintain supply chain related risks within the overall risk management approach.
- Attend program meetings with the intent to capture critical data associated with upcoming test events. Prepare minutes and provide briefings to associated meshONE-T Teams.
- Participate in testing events to ensure accurate capture of test results in the Government approved Test & Evaluation Database, capture status, open test discrepancy reports and prepare briefings, as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Design Team in creating test plans and working through the publishing process in accordance with published processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes, tools and methods.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in systems engineering, operations management and administration
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong oral and written skills, able to talk with technical subject matter experts, government civilians, and military personnel of varying rank
- Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc)

- Prior experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management.
