The GenGov team supports the NC Department of Administration, NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the State Ethics Commission. The position will work with datasets and reporting in a dynamic environment. The IT Business Systems Analyst I will be responsible for supporting software development teams and division leaders by collecting and documenting business processes and operational requirements.
The IT Business Systems Analyst I will manage a database containing software and cost data, cellular devices, and IT asset inventory ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision making. Additionally, the IT Business Systems Analyst I will be responsible for managing project reporting data for various departments and assisting the DOA/DMVA/Ethics CIO with operational needs.
