We’re seeking a Corporate Controller who thrives in dynamic environments, adept at collaborating with individuals at all levels within and outside the company. Join our positive, team-oriented atmosphere and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

1. Direct supervision of all accounting and financial reporting functions including everything from period close to business tax filing.
2. Period close process including account analysis and reconciliations.
3. Accounts receivable.
4. Accounts payable.
5. Payroll.
6. Business tax filings.
7. Supervise monthly internal and external financial reporting.
8. Manage annual corporate and subsidiary budgets preparation.
9. Coordinate annual reviews of subsidiary financial statements.
10. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and systems.
11. Effectively manage and report cash balances.
12. Assist in upgrading financial and reporting systems in collaboration with the IT team.
13. Effectively lead the accounting team members and internal customer relationships.

Requirements

1. 5-8 years of experience as a controller or supervisory accounting and financial reporting role.
2. B.S. degree in Accounting.
3. Experience with multi-business operations and corporate consolidation.
4. Preferred experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Business Central, Restaurant 360, and Dayforce.
5. Restaurant, food production or retail industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

Starting salary range: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
