We’re seeking a Corporate Controller who thrives in dynamic environments, adept at collaborating with individuals at all levels within and outside the company. Join our positive, team-oriented atmosphere and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of all accounting and financial reporting functions including everything from period close to business tax filing.
- Period close process including account analysis and reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable.
- Accounts payable.
- Payroll.
- Business tax filings.
- Supervise monthly internal and external financial reporting.
- Manage annual corporate and subsidiary budgets preparation.
- Coordinate annual reviews of subsidiary financial statements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and systems.
- Effectively manage and report cash balances.
- Assist in upgrading financial and reporting systems in collaboration with the IT team.
- Effectively lead the accounting team members and internal customer relationships.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a controller or supervisory accounting and financial reporting role.
- B.S. degree in Accounting.
- Experience with multi-business operations and corporate consolidation.
- Preferred experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Business Central, Restaurant 360, and Dayforce.
- Restaurant, food production or retail industry experience is a plus.
Compensation
Starting salary range: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
