Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Schedule:** 4-day workweek, 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday)
LHH is hiring on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Chicago, IL. We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and oversee the efficient operation of various production processes, including packing lines, paint lines, rivet operations, hydraulic press, roll-former operations, and robotic steel welding cells. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership on the shop floor, directly overseeing and coaching employees while ensuring optimal productivity and safety

s.- Oversee the operation of equipment, including packing lines, paint lines, and robotic welding cell

Qualificati
ons-Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G
ED)- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisor role and 3 years of manufacturing experienc
e.
Ski
lls:- Strong verbal and written communication ski
lls.- Solid mathematical skills, including the ability to apply algebra and solve practical mathematical probl
ems.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Ex
cel.

Work Envir
