Employment Law Attorney

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Labor and Employment
2. Juris Doctorate, and licensed to practice law in the State of CA

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

1. Experience in defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation.
2. Strong research and writing skills, and an academic record.
3. Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
4. Experience drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions.
5. Experience taking and defending depositions, including taking plaintiffs' depositions and defending depositions of corporate witnesses.
6. Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Salary Range of $195,000-$245,000
2. Medical, Dental, Vision, sick and vacation pay is available along with other ancillary benefits.
