THE OPPORTUNITY

The Accounting Administrator is a great opportunity for a new or recent graduate to gain experience in Accounting Operations within our global firm. We are seeking an enthusiastic new team member to work directly with all aspects of client contracts. They will work with other Accounting colleagues to ensure an uninterrupted and accurate process for revenue and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish all new clients and contracts in underlying systems, including all client and contract data used in billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
  • Process client contract renewals in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Execute firm wide systems to Oracle reconciliation to ensure all client contracts are received from responsible parties such as Legal Team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly budget and operational reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or Accounting.
  • Ability to work in a professional service environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize when working on several projects simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship or restriction in the US.
