Fair Lawn, NJ law firm is seeking an experienced full time Litigation Attorney
Our client is a growing dynamic law firm based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey that represents all manner of healthcare providers in various capacities but primarily in reimbursement disputes with commercial health insurance carriers. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator with experience in both state and federal court, with the organization ability necessary to manage a large caseload.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of litigation experience required
- Healthcare/healthcare reimbursement experience preferred but not required
- Bar License in NJ or NY required; admission to both preferred
- Bar License in Eastern District of New York (EDNY), Southern District of New York (SDNY) and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (USDNJ) preferred
Responsibilities Include
- Managing a Caseload
- Filing Complaints
- Responding to Motions
- Engaging in Settlement Discussions with Opposing Counsel
- Discovery Requests and Responses
Schedule: Contingency work, equivalent to 1800 hours per year.

Salary: 120-160K (commensurate with experience)
