Automotive Express Service Advisor

DePaula Ford is looking for a customer-service oriented professional to work in our service department as an Express Service Advisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
• Advise customer on any needed maintenance/repair work
• Prepare a complete estimate of cost for labor and parts and establish a follow-up time
• Explain all completed work to the customer and ensure charges match the work performed on the repair order
• Keep the customer updated on service specials, completion time periods, and expenses

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Past experience in the automotive or sales industries preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs
• Must have a valid Driver's License and provide a copy of DMV Abstract
• Must be able to pass a pre-screen drug test

COMPENSATION:
Weekly Pay, Monthly Commission
Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $60,000
