Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

Work Environment: 100% Remote role.

We are currently hiring for a key role as a Strategic Account Executive in our National/Enterprise Division . This is an opportunity to be part of The USA TODAY and LocaliQ’s resource-rich sales team that drives new and incremental dollars from heavy growth categories such as Medical, Home Services, Multi-Location Retail, Legal, and Education. Our Strategic Account Executives benefit from support teams with industry, product knowledge, and creative talent to develop marketing strategies for our current and prospective partners.

About The Job

  1. Primary responsibility is to drive product penetration, upsell and retain accounts through acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while enhancing client satisfaction.
  2. Creates solutions with Customer Service Manager and delivers custom solutions that provide and deliver against the measured KPIs to clients.
  3. Effectively uses SalesForce.com to manage the pipeline and maintains an awareness of revenue responsibilities and performance to goal.
  4. Develops or synthesizes insights and can effectively create an account plan that helps shape a customized account strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3 to 5+ years media/sales experience with a history of successful sales, innovation, and goal achievement.
  2. Ability to lead productive sales & strategy meetings with large, national &/or multi-location enterprise accounts.
  3. Experience in Multi-Location Retail, Healthcare, Education, Legal, or Home Services.
  4. Experienced B2B hunter with digital/advertising sales experience.
  5. Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships at a VP+ level.
  7. CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar).
  8. Digital marketing knowledge and experience in key marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Reputation Management, Streaming, or Programmatic and OTT.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $80,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
