Hiring Immediately: Sr. Portfolio Accountant ($105,000 base + Bonus)

Our client is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Accountant who will supervise and perform the primary accounting function for a diverse publicly traded REIT's corporate and property level General Ledgers (G/L).

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the calculation and payment of corporate G&A expenses due to the client.
• Generating and reviewing financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basis.
• Handling all financial aspects of several portfolios of senior living communities.
• Assisting in the internal audit process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA.
• 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Property Management/Accounting software. Yardi preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
