Your Future Team

The Analyst, Project Management Office (PMO) will support the PMO by providing analytical and administrative assistance to ensure the successful execution of projects. Reporting to the Project Management Office Lead, this role is necessary in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with project coordination. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with project teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the PMO
  • Analyze project data and prepare reports for the PMO Lead and other stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports and communicate updates
  • Collaborate and build relationships with teams across the business to ensure partnership in project execution
  • Track project progress and identify any issues that may affect project timelines
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project tasks are completed
  • Help develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for senior management
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement plans within the PMO

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of previous industry experience
  • Experience in an analytical or administrative role within a project management environment
  • A leading with curiosity mindset and taking initiative to learn more and dig into problems and proactively provide ideas for solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Asana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to connect and build relationships with others
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
