What you will do: The Data Ceter Tech's role is to ensure that the company's computer systems are operating under normal conditions 24x7. Run daily jobs, perform backup and recovery functions, and answer help desk calls. Enter support tickets to record user help desk calls and resolve them if possible. Provide technical support to users with issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, phones, and networks. Work with users and IT support to restore critical operations to normal. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED Minimum 1 year experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, Windows servers, Windows X, MS Office or a minimum of an associate's degree in a related field of study. Ability to work any/all shifts as required. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have Customer Service skills. Needs to be detail orientated with all tasks. Basic Network knowledge. Basic knowledge of Information technology support. Preferred Skills: Basic Network knowledge. Preferred Information Technology Systems experience. Basic knowledge of Information technology support. Hardware installation. Software Installation. Ability to work on call nights and weekends. Experience with O365 Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
