Product Manager

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the internal adoption of flagship products by collaborating with internal stakeholders and product teams to gather insights, identify use cases, conduct proof of concepts, and implement products and features to drive digital transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to identify use cases and business needs to leverage product capabilities, conduct proof of concepts, provide valuable feedback, and drive adoption across a diverse internal customer base.


Responsibility

Product Roadmap and Prioritization:

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify use cases, define requirements, and collaborate with the team to implement products and features.
  • Evaluate and prioritize feature requests, balancing stakeholder needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

User Stories and Success Criteria:

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders, write user stories, and define success criteria.
  • Analyze the overall business needs and pain points and recommend the path forward to a solution.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert consultant on how to leverage DocuSign CLM platform across their business process using best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to proactively uncover additional stakeholders' needs and support documenting requirements and expectations.
  • Help in planning, organizing, and managing tasks, project decisions, and prioritizations to ensure end-user satisfaction. This includes working with the delivery leads and architects to come up with technical solutions to address needs and tracking to long-term objectives, success criteria, and milestones.
  • Drive sprint planning meetings and manage backlog enabling a consistent and effective delivery model.
  • Hands-on in trying out new product features and technologies.
  • Conduct proof of concepts in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders to validate the effectiveness of new features and business fit.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the Customer Zero program, such as customer satisfaction, feature adoption rates, and product performance.

Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, legal, sales, finance, HR, and customer success teams, to gather insights, identify use cases, prioritize and execute product features and releases.
  • Conduct regular customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise, training, and documentation to enhance customer-facing materials.

Experience

Proven experience (7+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks, with a track record of successfully launching and improving software products.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting proof of concepts and product testing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritize feature implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal customers.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the contract life cycle management (CLM) space with exposure to workflow automation, as well as experience integrating with third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with the DocuSign platform, products, or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with using Salesforce platform.
  • DocuSign products certification.
  • Track record of building experiences that effectively solve a customer pain point and enable them to achieve their business goals.
