Job Summary
This position is in the Philadelphia Office. Partners with divisional leadership with onboarding, sales strategy, playbooks, and sales tool adoption to drive revenue growth for our CBG, SB and Enterprise field sales leaders and sellers. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains onboarding, training and sustainment for our CBG sales leaders and sellers. This includes Q2C and all additional supporting materials for our CBG team.
- Partners with our incentive team to ensure SB and Enterprise leaders and sellers have awareness of all CHQ incentives to drive Field revenue growth.
- Partners with CBG and Divisional leadership to create, maintain, and deliver playbooks for training including sales tools and new Learning Journeys such as LevelUp. This will include best practices for onboarding content, training schedules, and sustainment for our CBG, SB and Enterprise sellers.
- Key stakeholders in new product launches and initiatives, such as BVE, and Single Site SD-WAN. Partners with marketing, product, and sales leaders at CHQ and within the Divisions to create communication, sales huddles, and training for launches and new enhancements.
- Aids the creation of sales strategy among OOF, CB Global, Enterprise, and HQ Sales teams to achieve sales goals.
- Partners with Divisional sales leaders to create alignment, understanding, and adoption of HQ reporting/dashboards, including lead dashboards, to drive revenue growth.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education
Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
