We specialize in the design and fabrication of fiber optic tools, tool kits, and custom cable assemblies. We also produce private label kits for a number of major connector manufacturers and sell our own broad line of products.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our quest to push boundaries, forge new partnerships, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that safeguard our nation and the world. Duties:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key vendor partners, and identify upselling opportunities
  4. Support the negotiation and closing of major sales deals and partnerships
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as inside sales, product development, and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to potential clients
  7. Stay updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market trends
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and generate new leads
  9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving market dynamics to suggest opportunities for innovation and gaining a competitive advantage
