About the role
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product development for our Financial Institutions vertical. You will help find product-market fit within the credit union and community bank space and help Harness deliver our mission of connecting cardholders with impact-driven programs that encourage engagement and drive deposits. You will work closely with the sales team to listen and understand the challenges facing financial institutions and their cardholders. The ideal candidate has experience building consumer fintech products and values working in a B2B2C environment.
What you will do
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for this vertical; identify near and long-term initiatives to execute an effective product roadmap.
- Translate user needs into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing outcomes.
- Clearly communicate your plans internally to our cross-functional team of product design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer success.
- Build, launch, and iterate products and features that increase cardholder engagement, expanding our offerings to financial institutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in consumer fintech delivering consumer-facing product.
- Demonstrates clear history of successful delivery.
- Demonstrates clear history of ideation and roadmap-building.
- Acts as the voice of the customer working to continuously improve the customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for navigating ambiguity and operating in a nimble and lean environment.
- Bias for action; self-starter that wants to quickly add value to our customers.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
- Acts as the voice of the customer, gathering insights through user feedback, data analysis, and direct interactions to continuously improve the product experience.

Compensation
$155,000 - $200,000 a year. This position requires candidates to be located and legally authorized to work in the United States. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experiences, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
