TalentWorld is currently seeking a Manager of Customer Success for our client in Miami, Florida.


As a Customer Success Manager , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients and helping them leverage our SaaS solutions to achieve their objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our company, ensuring a seamless customer experience, promoting product adoption, and driving revenue growth.


Scope Of Duties

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  2. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our solutions to maximize their usage.
  3. Develop account plans and strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  4. Lead client marketing initiatives for your portfolio within the SMB B2C space with a focus on aesthetic medical practices.
  5. Deliver monthly reporting, and provide insightful analysis, recommendations, and opportunities to meet goals and KPIs.
  6. Ensure projects/campaigns are executed accurately, effectively, within budget, and on time.

What You Offer

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, or Account Management at a SaaS company.
  2. University or college diploma in marketing or related field.
  3. Track record of long-term customer retention.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge in Paid Search, Display and Remarketing is preferred.
  5. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Social and Marketing Automation is an asset.
  6. Enjoy initiating, directing, and managing accounts - including the planning and marketing activities.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance a portfolio of clients’ needs simultaneously.
