Contributing to various Redd projects, the M365 SharePoint Administrator will work independently and in close coordination with other administrators, developers, analysts, REDD technical staff, project teams, and clients to help configure, manage, permission, troubleshoot, and support critical SharePoint solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and complete user access requests
- Provide consultations to clients and other Microsoft Administrators regarding best practices
- Communicate and collaborate with SharePoint project team members
- Follow SOPs aligning with support service level agreements (SLAs)
- Create monthly reports for service analytics and performance
- Provide continuous site maintenance and troubleshooting
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand the business needs to aid in the design, build correctly, and deployment of new Microsoft 365 apps and features
- Connect departments with internal subject matter experts on SharePoint Online features and custom development, if you cannot address questions directly

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as SharePoint Online Administrator
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Microsoft certification may be required depending on client conditions
- M365 SharePoint Online Experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Access and User Permissions
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, design, development, and implementation
- Knowledge of the M365 platform, including Teams and Azure ecosystem
- Knowledge of Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC)
- SharePoint Site Administration Experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Minimum Required: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship. Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance.
