Kelly Services in partnership with a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry is seeking an OD Centerless Grinder . The OD Centerless Grinder is responsible for selecting, mounting, attaching, and calibrating a variety of attachments and grinding machines to grind angles, contours, lines, and spheres on surfaces. The role involves operating precision grinding machines to assemble products and product parts as per established blueprint and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Select, mount, attach, and calibrate grinding machine attachments for various grinding operations including angles, contours, lines, and spheres.
- Operate precision grinding machines to assemble products and parts in adherence to blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Perform through feed and infeed grinding using Cincinnati Centerless Grinder.
- Ensure that all grinding procedures conform to safety and quality standards.
- Work independently to complete assignments within established procedures.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the manager promptly.
- Maintain grinding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent in a related area.
- 3-5 years of related experience in precision grinding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Proficient in operating and calibrating various grinding machines.
- Familiarity with through feed and infeed operations, specifically with Cincinnati Centerless Grinders.
- Strong technical aptitude and mechanical skills.
