Job Description/ Responsibilities
This role will assist in the following areas: Vulnerability remediation, hygiene patching, compliance, observability, capacity management, middleware standardization, or database standardization.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions that will add efficiency to our existing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
• Create detailed tech specs and documentation for solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing and new automated solutions
• Train and support team members on automated solutions
