Senior Post Sales Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in integrating the platform by offering high-quality privacy engineering services.
• Collaborate with our deployment specialists and meet regularly with clients to execute project plans.
• Work with clients to create joint solution architectures that integrate into their applications and data pipelines.
• Provide client support and troubleshoot complex issues promptly.
• Conduct client training sessions on privacy use cases, such as data mapping, data subject rights automation, consent management, and more.
• Gather valuable product feedback and work with our product engineering teams to address issues and develop new features.
• Maintain high-quality standards for documentation, code, training materials, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, program, or product management role.
• Familiarity with a range of modern web technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on documentation and collaboration.
• Exceptional time, task, and resource management abilities.
• Expertise in testing and troubleshooting tools for APIs, databases, web applications, etc.
• Some proficiency in programming languages.
• Experience working in a distributed or open source environment.
• A willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
