JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Coordinator to join the Information Security team at FOX. In this role, you will have an integral role in protecting the integrity of our broadcast operation centers and supporting our teams in building secure, resilient digital products used at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be focused on coordinating and facilitating logistics related to the execution of core cybersecurity projects. A core focus for the Coordinator, Information Security role will be meeting coordination. You will schedule meetings for Information Security team needs and set up multi-platform environments for recurring Infosec activities. You will identify opportunities for administrative process improvement to accommodate the scale of our ever-growing business and application of cybersecurity services.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings.
  2. Prepare and coordinate logistics of cybersecurity-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, tracking progress, and regular updates.
  3. Lead and think strategically about staggering scheduling dates based on stakeholder availability and business requirements.
  4. Ensure accuracy of initial project plans through handoff with minimal supervision.
  5. Collaborate with various enterprise partners to maintain understanding of tech support workflows and access requirements.
  6. Incorporate organizational knowledge and project scoping to ensure project success.
  7. Establish and maintain consistent communication practices among partners and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  1. Security/cybersecurity industry experience or knowledge.
  2. Administrative experience supporting multiple tracks.
  3. Experience interacting with technical support and helpdesk functions.
  4. Ability to understand business security goals and operational maturity.
  5. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  6. Excellent written/verbal communication and proofreading skills.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing situations with minimal notice and guidance.
  8. Knowledge of Slack, Zoom, Jira, Monday.com is a plus.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $29.25-44.47 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
