The Lead Financial Performance Analyst will be responsible for advanced analysis of financial results and communicate drivers of performance to senior management and provider sponsors. This position will also lead financial performance analysis and collaborate across departments to identify and present opportunities to improve financial outcomes. Create strategic financial models and forecasts to guide decision-making and enhance overall financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Complete and forward financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for improvement. Lead and coordinate monthly committees with provider sponsors to discuss key findings around financial performance and present opportunities to improve. Develop forecasts to assist senior management and provider sponsors to understand the risks and possible outcomes of future financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field, with coursework in Computer programming, Economics, Statistics, Financial Management, and Professional Communications; equivalent, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement. 6+ years of experience in finance, actuarial, or related insurance capacity. 3+ years of experience with managed care organizations.
