- Looking for an experienced Workday configuration resource who has experience with Talent Management, Performance and Recruiting modules within Workday
- Must have Recruiting configuration experience, including business processes, setup data, reports and has a good background in solving operational aspects within Workday
- Hands on experience is required
- Must have Calibration experience within Talent Management, will be helping to drive and configure Talent Management processes in Workday
- Must have launched and operationally managed Calibration and Performance Review cycle in Workday
- Experience of using Workday Ratings, ideally of how it links to Advanced Compensation
