Johnson and Johnson is currently seeking a Regional Business Director to support MedTech (Electrophysiology) in Boston South and Boston North, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire territories.

The Regional Business Director (RBD) is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group, in line with the Business Plan.
2. Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region.
3. Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans.
4. Coach and manage the performance and competency development of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists.
5. Oversee the appropriate use, budgetary allowance, and customer interactions of Region’s per diem clinical support.
6. Develop and enhance the clinical proficiency and certification of employees.
7. Recruit, develop and retain talent in the Region.
8. Develop and implement Company’s commercial, field training, product and services marketing strategies.
9. Create positive change and an environment of team engagement and motivation.
10. Understand, adhere to, and hold team accountable for adherence to Company programs, policies and procedures.
11. Assess market conditions to develop and execute competitive strategies to grow market share.
12. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry required.
3. Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required.
4. Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred.
