Position Summary

As a Corporate Account Executive at Tipalti, you will play a vital role in our dynamic sales team selling our SaaS Fintech solution. Your primary focus will be achieving revenue targets through outbound sales activity and inbound leads generated through the collaborative efforts of our exceptional SDRs, Marketing, and Alliance partners.

To empower your success, we heavily invest in our sales organization, providing you with a state-of-the-art technology stack. Leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Clari, you will engage prospects effectively.

The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This position demands a proactive, results-driven approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products or services.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Own the sales cycle - from the prospecting stage to deal close
  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met
  • Strong understanding of the Tipalti product value and ability to communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers
  • Manage the sourcing of new opportunities by meeting activity metrics
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Independently develop a comprehensive sales strategy using ROI tools and a sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of goals over the short and long term

About You

  • Minimum 4+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS software and related technology industry
  • Proven ability to drive and close sales deals, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and client loyalty.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to achieve overall business objectives.

Anticipated base pay rate for this position: $120,000 - $135,000 USD. Variable (commission or bonus) pay rate will be paid in addition to base salary noted above.
