What You’ll Do:


  • Ensure the HR strategy aligns with organizational goals and the partner’s vision. Ensure regular, formal communication of strategy and performance to gain consensus and support from key stakeholders, including senior management, local management, and owners.
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Partners to understand current and future business needs. Provide guidance and advice on HR related matters.
  • Lead and coach the Human Resources team to deliver excellence and efficiencies in: talent acquisition, leadership development, benefits, compensation planning, policy setting, performance evaluations, payroll, employee relations and labor relations, HRIS and engagement.
  • Develop synergies across all divisions to improve reporting, control and cost impact.
  • Establish and document human resource related policy, procedure and documentation for consistency and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement relating to human resource administration, deliverables and reporting.
  • Ensure all human resource departments and initiatives comply with federal, state law and regulations. Stay current on all employment law and regulations.
  • Provide leadership on all labor and employee relations issues. Work collaboratively with legal on contracts and employment related issues.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards and HIPPA.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates



What we’re looking for:

  • High quality HR generalist background with specific experience in employee relations, t alent acquisition, compliance and payroll.
  • A strategic and tactical thinker-doer. Ability to assess processes and find ways to make them better.
  • Passion for HR/people, expanding knowledge, strong focus on delivering excellence and client service.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with employees and management team.
  • Individual that will take full ownership of assigned work and areas of responsibility.
  • High emotional intelligence and business and financially savvy.
  • Positive, optimistic, action-oriented individual with a “can do” work ethic.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; interact well with all levels of organization.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
  • PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom (HRIS) a plus.


What you’ll need


  • 10+ years as a proven Human Resource Leader
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Labor Union experience preferred
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness while maintaining confidential data
  • Strong technical experience and best practice understanding in Human Resources
  • Strong operational and organizational discipline
  • Strong business acumen

Pay Transparency: The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annual. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance. New-Indy provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position and assumes a rate based on location and experience.
