We are looking for full-time Finance associates to expand our Finance Development Program. This is a 2-year rotational program where participants will move through 4 (6-month) rotations across all areas of the corporate finance organization. As part of your role, you will work alongside your respective finance team and gain experience in supporting projects in various functional areas.

The program will also incorporate numerous social, networking, and development opportunities to facilitate professional development and career opportunities upon completion.

The associate in this role will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. Additional duties to include:

* Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.

* Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

* Perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Students graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Winter 2024 or Spring/Summer 2025

Qualifications:

* Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field

* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint

* Highly driven and resourceful

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills

* Strong written and oral communication, including large group presentations

* Individuals with drive, looking for a career path and development plan at a company where they will have impact and be proud to work.
