The Role

The School invites applications for a unique opportunity to perform a key role in maintaining and supporting the daily operations of academic administration for the School. This position works closely with the Deputy Principal, Head of Secondary, Head of Primary and Head of Cocurricular and Teaching Staff Operations with responsibilities for academic policies, processes and operational functions.

The role is part-time and will be performed over five days per week during term time, with an additional week prior to the commencement of Term One and one week after the conclusion of Term Four (42 weeks).

The Person

Do you possess:

  1. Advanced digital literacy skills, including MS Office, learning management systems, information management systems and databases;
  2. Ability to analyse situations and problem solve to propose alternative solutions;
  3. Excellent administration, organisation and implementation skills;
  4. Friendliness, enthusiasm, energy and a confident approach when interacting with staff and students.
