They partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes.QualificationsREQUIRED:Experience expert in Cerner programming and data querying tools (SQL/CCL), Discern Visual Developer Analytics, PowerInsights)Attention to detail and accuracy in clinical and financial queries, extracts and data analysisA minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experienceExcellent communication skills in working with project SMEs and leadership to effectively present findings and recommendationsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plusWillingness and ability to travel weekly up to 50% when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotelyCurrent permanent U.S. Work authorization requiredPREFERRED:Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS)JOB RESPONSIBILIITIESProvide consulting and subject matter expertise to client’s by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Oracle Health SystemProvide guidance on workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenanceConduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrityIdentify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfactionProvide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-usersDevelop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and trainingDesign and deliver training programs for healthcare providers and staff on the use of CernerCreate user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoptionCoordinate and manage project timelines, resources and deliverables during implementation and optimization project.Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitationWork directly with Cerner end users.
