Fasteners Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our San Jose, CA team! This is a career-building opportunity with tremendous growth potential, ideal for a sales representative with previous industrial, concrete, or construction industry experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Build excellent, mutually beneficial partnerships with all our customers.
2. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
3. Prospect and expand the customer base.
4. Consistently reach and exceed sales and profitability goals.
5. Deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications:

1. A self-starter who projects a professional image and positive attitude.
2. Previous experience in sales and customer service for industrial sales or construction industry is REQUIRED.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. A goal-driven and detail-oriented personality.
5. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
8. Ability to lift 50+ pounds of products on a regular basis.
