Role: FSL Technical Architect
Skillsets:
- Expert in Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, LWC
- Hands-on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs
- Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients, often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
- Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
- Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to clients' ecosystems
- Provides technical governance and risk management during presales and delivery
- Develops creative solutions that solve our clients' business and technical problems
- Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business functional and technical requirements
- Capable of defining business processes using CRM SFDC best practices
- Develops data integration, data migration, and DevOps deployment strategies
- Provides coaching and establishes standards to the development team during the implementation phase
- Preparation of Demonstrations, orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization
- Manages direct reports and mentors junior team members
- Engages with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions, and build strong relationships to be the trusted partner
- Performs solution effort sizing and defines delivery plan
- Assesses, advocates for, and approves external technologies such as Salesforce AppExchange packages for their suitability
- Engages in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forums
- Identifies and develops employee skill matrix on technology, industry, and soft skills to cater for the pipeline demand
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to suggest trade-offs on solutions between OOTB and custom code
- Identifies and works on the Account Mining activities to generate more revenue
Required:

- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
- A self-starter experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams

- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
- A strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
Desirable (Bonus):
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field of study
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Certifications: FSL Admin, Developer I, Developer II, Salesforce Designer certifications, Salesforce Architecture certifications, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder

Benefits
Compensation range: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
