Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a sales and operations associate. This role will maintain client satisfaction and offer the highest level of customer service. This role will be responsible for developing new business as we open a new location to further our imprint on Los Angeles. We are looking for someone passionate about fine jewelry that wants to develop and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Client outreach - finding innovative ways to create repeat business, daily outreach utilizing text, phone and email to stay in touch
- Be an ambassador for the brand to build relationships in a new neighborhood
- Cross functional collaboration with team members to develop product knowledge, share information that will lead to the success of the company
- Inventory control and daily operational tasks that require attention to detail and strong communication skills
Admin
- Inventory swaps, RTV’s, sending out packages
- Maintaining an organized client database
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Use of Mac products knowledge of web and e-commerce platforms
Qualifications
- Sales experience with fine jewelry and/or in a luxury environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to maintain relationships with clients, providing industry-specific knowledge of high-end jewelry offerings
- Possessing personal style and fashion knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Tech savvy
