Job Requirements / Description
YOU’RE AWESOME AT ( JOB REQUIREMENTS):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in any quality assurance, QA, test automation, product test, software developer, software engineer, or engineer title.
3 years experience must include: 1) leading or taking ownership of projects involving in-house software development projects as testing expert; 2) working as member of a software test team in the regulated healthcare software environment ; 3) engaging in automation architecture, including performing test data management, bi-directional contract testing using PactIO, image comparison, test trophy implementation, and behavior driven development; 4) working with Oracle PLM (Agile) to submit healthcare documents including SDS (Software Design Spec), SRS (Software Requirement Spec), SVaP (Software Validation Protocols), SVeP (Software Verification protocols), SSC (Software Source Code), and V&V Report (Verification and validation report); and 5) developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience must include: 1) utilizing test artifacts to auto generate Software Requirements documents including functional requirements, technical design specifications and test results; and 2) Work using C#, Javascript, WebdriverIO, Playwright, Cypress, RestSharp.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $154,622.18annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus, equity, and a robust benefits package.
Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts. A DAY IN THE LIFE (JOB DUTIES):
Full-time role. For in-house software development in the regulated healthcare software environment:
- Lead Test Automation Architecture. Lead software test teams. Plan, lead, & scale test automation architecture & pioneering best practices over 5+ regulated healthcare software teams, including guiding teams that execute test data management, bi-directional contract testing using PactIO, image comparison, test trophy implementation, & behavior driven development. (35%)
- Manage and guide teams in automated compliance – Regulated healthcare doc generation and submission. Manage teams’ work w/Oracle PLM (Agile) to submit healthcare documents including Software Design Spec (SDS), Software Requirement Spec (SRS), Software Validation Protocols (SVaP), Software Verification protocols (SVeP), Software Source Code (SSC), & Verification & validation report (V&V Report). Manage automated document generation that uses test artifacts to auto-generate Software Requirements documents including functional requirements, technical design specifications & test results. (30%)
- Guide Development and implementation. Guide development of products and test automation at all levels of the software stack, including application development, devOps, & release management. Guide development & maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. (35%)
