Overview:
The Office Manager will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is a dynamic position responsible for a range of administrative and logistical tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining office efficiency, supporting the CEO, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Oversee the snack program and catered lunches.
  • Manage groceries in the office, including stocking the kitchen and bathroom.
  • Own the processes related to groceries and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Support the CEO with various tasks, including calendar management and travel bookings.
  • Maintain calendars, both personal and shared, using Outlook calendaring.
  • Act as a front-facing representative for the company when dealing with clients and customers.
  • Handle client-related tasks and ensure a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, including two volunteer days per year and 5-10 sales conferences/internal events annually.
  • Manage logistics for quarterly townhall meetings, compiling PowerPoints from different departments and fixing formatting issues.
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation (e.g., Uber) for employees.
  • Ensure all travel-related details are well-organized and communicated.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
