Our Client is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Estimating, this position plays a critical role in overseeing the estimating process for all projects. This is a unique opportunity to manage budgets and estimates and coordinate the estimating team for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the estimating process for projects ranging from fully defined to conceptual.
  • Manage and assign responsibilities within the estimating team.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and subcontractor pricing to ensure complete scope coverage.
  • Prepare conceptual budgets, review bids, and oversee specialty contractor bid scoping.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Actively participate in industry, client, and community relations to enhance the company's image.
  • Assist in project transition, pricing changes, and maintaining up-to-date data on construction and material costs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of estimating or project experience on building projects valued at $200 million+.
  • Proficient in Timberline, OST, Revit, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills.
  • Must possess attention to detail, strong work ethic, and be willing to travel as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $249,000 - $314,000, based on experience.
