We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational leader to join our team as an Account Manager in Miami, FL (10min drive from MIA Airport).

What you’ll do:

The ideal candidate represents the company’s high-end products and liaises closely with the international airline clients. Ensures that the assigned flights are delivered according to the customer’s requirements in the most efficient way to satisfy the quality standard of the company. Acts as the main point of contact for the airline on day-to-day operational issues and their resolution.


Responsibilities:

  1. Control together with the tray-setting and food-production the timing for the food flow.
  2. Supervise the processing time to avoid delays and lapses.
  3. Ensure correct updating of the customer specifications in each consigned department.
  4. Manage, motivate, and assist flight coordinator and food packer department.
  5. Select, train, manage, schedule, develop, discipline, conduct performance appraisals, and counsel team members.
  6. Assist airlines to determine the operational need for service delivery and interpreting their requirements.
  7. Set up and oversee the requirements for all flights.
  8. Coordinate and agree on catering specifications with clients and ensure accurate setup of catering, stores, and bar requirements.
  9. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in airline catering.
  2. Proficient computer skills (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  3. Bachelor's degree required.
