Our Boston-based NPO client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their C-Suite; this is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years of senior executive support experience, strong calendar management skills, experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, and openness to handle the day-to-day administrative duties. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to shift priorities as needed.


Compensation : $25-27/h, $55-60k annually

**Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA to be eligible as it is a Hybrid position.**

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling, preparation, and administration of external/internal meetings and events
  • Executive level support; schedule and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, expenses, etc.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects for various departments and levels of staff
  • Coordinate with facilities as needed for room bookings and office management
  • Oversee reception desk
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience providing Executive/Senior administrative support
  • Heavy calendar management experience
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior management and board members
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and reliability
  • Advanced MS Office Suite experience
