Description
- A high-volume organization is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with managing HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, compliance, and training
- Support HR Director with department operations
- Manage compliance, training, and employee records
- Participate in recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle employee inquiries
- The generalist may be assigned to work on special projects
- Support HR/FA Shared Service Team
- Provide back-up support to the other shared services generalists, managers and Assistant Directors
- Meet weekly with HR/FA Manager and/or Directors to provide updates on request status
Profile
- The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong communication skills, and possess knowledge of HR best practices
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high-touch individuals
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
- Supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environment and contribute to culture
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- 3 + years of HR experience
