The Manager of Innovative HR Applications Development (Global Talent Organization), will be responsible for system prototyping, design, implementation, documentation, and administration of our home-built and SaaS HR Innovative solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients to plan, define, and prioritize requirements, and with the developers’ team to design, develop, test, deploy and handover high - performance and secure HR solutions that align to the corporate technology stack and security standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of cost-effective human resources management innovative solutions (HRMS) while concurrently coordinating with operations & support team to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.
- Responsible for analyzing and directing all technology - related activities within the scope of the HRMS. Accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
- Research and maintain knowledge of emerging HR technologies and possible application to HR business strategies.
- Seek to consolidate and improve HR technology toolsets utilized during software development.
- Continuous evaluation of the overall HRIT solution architecture to recommend improvements that reduce operational cost and increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HRIT application portfolio.
- Translate business activities into reusable technology service components.
- Translate business requirements, using patterns and standards, into application level design artifacts.
- Effectively document, inventory and catalog all portals and keep the documents up to date.
- Follow data governance guidelines and protocols to ensure HR data is secured at rest and in transit.
- Assess existing HR Portal strategies and solutions, recommend and define approaches for modernization, document and present designs and solutions to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Work directly with cross-functional HR teams to map business needs to integration solutions, work with our business analysts and functional users to perform detailed data analysis to develop, test, deploy and monitor the integration.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas.
- 5+ years in IT with experience as to enterprise applications and systems background is required.
- 3+ years HR Systems development, operations and support experience.
- 3+ years people management or technical lead experience.
- Experience with the following technologies: MEAN Stack, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Restful Webservices and JavaScript.
- Experience in SCRUM methodologies and project delivery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with technologies including: Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone and Python.
- Proven technical leadership for establishing and maintaining solid, flexible portal solutions and development framework.
- Ability to work with both non - technical and technical client community to accurately define data requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work with people in various cross - functional groups and departments such as IT, HR and other G&A functions.
