Description
Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are the heart and soul of a Veterinary Hospital and must be relatable, welcoming, and efficient.
Client Service Reprasentative Duties include...
- greeting clients
- handling client and hospital calls
- scheduling well visits, sick exams, and urgent same day appointments
- receiving and replying to client messages
- processing prescription requests
- closing invoices, taking payments via cash, credit, CareCredit, checks, and online payments
- managing multi line phone system, emails, AllyDVM, online prescriptions
- making service calls
- confirming appointments via phone, email, or AllyDVM
- managing client and patient electronic records in Cornerstone (PIMS)
- checking in clients and patients
- communicating with team members, Veterinarians, Vet Techs, Vet Assistants, and Practice Manager
Position Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Requirements
- advanced client service skills
- proficient phone skills
- at least 2 years in client service related position
- strong communication skills
- intermediate computer and internet skills
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 20lbs unassisted
- operate standard office equipment: fax, scanner, copier, printer, computers
- flexible schedule
- experience handling credit card, cash, and check payments
- Cornerstone, PIMS, Care Credit, Ally DVM, Vetsource, and Vitus Pay experience not required, but extremely helpful
