Senior Business Tax Accountant

Overview: Intuit is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Tax Accountant with 3+ years of experience to join our team. Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax preparation software
• Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
• Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, strongly preferred
• Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of Circular 230, strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection and quiet location for virtual customer interaction

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers through video and audio tools to provide tax advice, full service business return preparation, and product/software inquiries
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and expertise in business tax preparation
• Utilize resources to seek out and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language
• Document customer interactions and work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed
